Our contractors employ only IBEW electricians who receive over 10,000 hours of classroom and on the job training through a five year joint Apprenticeship & Training Program, of which NECA is a co-sponsor. From the East: Take NYS Thruway I-90 West to EXIT 38. After the toll booth turn left onto Rt. 57 North, go over the bridge, and take the first left turn onto Old Cove Road. Donwood Office Park will be the first right turn. 135 Old Cove Road is the second building to the left of the parking area.

From the West: Take NYS Thruway I-90 East to EXIT 38. After the toll booth turn left onto Rt. 57 North, go over the bridge, and take the first left turn onto Old Cove Road. Donwood Office Park will be the first right turn. 135 Old Cove Road is the second building to the left of the parking area.

From the South: Take Interstate Route I-81 North. Exit #24A at Liverpool, NY. -ROUTE 370 WEST to the Village of Liverpool - bear right to Route 57 North (Oswego Road), go over the bridge, and take the first left turn onto Old Cove Road. Donwood Office Park will be the first right turn. 135 Old Cove Road is the second building to the left of the parking area.

From the North: Take Interstate Route I-81 South.
